We offer in-person sessions in the Bronx and online sessions across our service areas, 7 days a week, 6 AM to 10 PM.

How do I know if I need therapy for depression?

If low mood, loss of interest or changes in sleep and energy last two weeks or more and affect work, school or relationships, it is worth talking to a licensed clinician.

Duration depends on many factors, including your symptoms, history and goals. Many people begin to notice improvement after the first few sessions, and your clinician will review your progress with you.

Yes. Online sessions are available, including from Yonkers, where we currently offer telehealth only.

Yes. Age ranges vary by therapist, so call or book and we will match you with a clinician who sees your child’s age.

Yes. Estimated copays are typically $0 to $50 per session depending on your plan. If you pay out of pocket, the self-pay rate is $95 per individual session and $125 per couples, family or group session.
