What Is Anxiety & Panic Disorder

When Stress Becomes a Problem

Stress is a normal reaction, but it may be time for support if you notice:

  • Constant worry, irritability or feeling overwhelmed
  • Trouble sleeping or relaxing
  • Headaches, muscle tension or stomach problems linked to pressure
  • Difficulty concentrating at work or school
  • Pulling away from friends and family

Stress that lasts for weeks can lead to anxiety or depression, so getting support early helps.
