If you are being hurt or controlled by a partner, family member or someone close to you, it is not your fault, and you deserve support. Our bilingual, licensed therapists offer a confidential, non-judgmental space to process what you have experienced, rebuild your sense of safety and explore your options at your own pace. We offer in-person sessions in the Bronx and online sessions nationwide, 7 days a week, 6 AM to 10 PM.

Abuse can be physical, emotional, verbal, sexual or financial, and can include controlling or isolating behavior. It can happen in any relationship or family.

Therapy is confidential, with limited legal exceptions that your therapist will explain at the start.
