Danielle Matias

Chief Executive Officer
Danielle Matias, LMHC, LPC has been practicing psychotherapy for over 10 years. She provides the FBTC therapists with support in all clinical work. She is dedicated to assisting the community confront and overcome mental health struggles. She specializes in anxiety, depression, addiction, marriage & family, social injustice, sexual abuse trauma,and LGBTQ community. She believes in a person-centered approach and wants every client in the clinic to feel unconditional positive regard and acceptance

Beyli Rodríguez

Intern & Supervision Support Manager
I joined the Footprints team in June 2024 after earning my B.A. in Sociology from Lehman College. I currently manage the intern program and oversee supervision assignments, where I enjoy helping emerging clinicians feel supported as they build confidence in their skills and grow in their professional journey. I’ve loved being part of a team that values growth, support, and community.

Erica Crespo-Genao

Director of Operations
Erica serves as our Director of Operations, bringing a strong focus on efficiency, structure, and organizational growth. With a strategic approach to operations and team development, she oversees key processes across the organization to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Erica is dedicated to optimizing workflows, supporting both staff and leadership, and driving initiatives that enhance the overall client and team experience. She remains committed to fostering a positive, well-supported environment and is always available to provide guidance and operational support.

The Marketing team is the creative force behind Footprints. We manage social media, the website, and online directories making sure our story reaches the people who need it most, across all the communities we serve. From crafting compelling content to keeping our digital presence up to date, we work to ensure that finding and connecting with the right therapist feels simple and welcoming. What sets us apart is our commitment to staying close to the people at the heart of Footprints.

Intake/ Client Care Manager
I’m the Client Care Manager at our practice, and I’m dedicated to making every client feel welcomed, supported, and heard from the very first interaction. I oversee the client care and intake process while working closely with both clients and our care team to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and positive onboarding experience. I strive to create a warm and compassionate environment where clients feel safe asking questions, expressing concerns, and getting connected to the care they need. My approach is empathetic, understanding, and client-centered, and I’m passionate about helping individuals feel supported throughout the beginning of their mental health journey.

Sergio Guevara

Credentialing Manager
As a Credentialing Manager at Footprints, I oversee and coordinate provider credentialing and payer enrollment processes with insurance companies and healthcare networks. My role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, streamlining approval timelines, and maintaining effective communication with payers and healthcare professionals to support efficient operations and continuous patient access to care.

Gopal Rathor

IT Manager
Lead the company’s IT operations and technology support, ensuring all systems, communication platforms, and devices run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include technical support, system administration, account and access management, troubleshooting, and maintaining the organization’s overall IT infrastructure. Work closely with staff and leadership to improve workflows and implement reliable technology solutions that support daily operations and organizational growth.
