Frequently asked questions

Answers to what families managing ADHD ask us most.
Do I need a formal diagnosis before starting ADHD counseling?

No  you can start therapy with or without a formal diagnosis. If needed, we can also help coordinate a diagnostic evaluation.

We work with all ages, from young children through adults, with age-appropriate approaches for each.
We offer medication management as a separate service. Many clients combine counseling with medication, but it’s never required to start therapy.
