Compassionate Support for Your Relationship With Food and Body
Eating disorders thrive in secrecy and shame. Our therapists offer a nonjudgmental space to work through disordered eating, body image struggles, and the emotions underneath them.
Eating disorder treatment addresses the thoughts, behaviors, and emotions around food, eating, and body image — including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and disordered eating patterns that don’t fit a single label. Care is collaborative and never focused on weight alone.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to what clients considering eating disorder care ask us most.
Do I need to 'look sick' to have an eating disorder?
No. Eating disorders affect people of all body sizes and aren’t always visible from the outside. If food or body image is causing distress, it’s worth talking to someone.
Will you focus on my weight?
Our approach is weight-inclusive — we focus on your relationship with food and your emotional wellbeing, not a number on a scale.
Do you work with families of people with eating disorders?
Yes, family involvement can be an important part of recovery, especially for teens, and we’re glad to include loved ones when helpful.
