Danielle Matias

Clinical Administrator LMHC

Danielle Matias, LMHC, LPC has been practicing psychotherapy for over 10 years. She provides the FBTC therapists with support in all clinical work. She is dedicated to assisting the community confront and overcome mental health struggles. She specializes in anxiety, depression, addiction, marriage & family, social injustice, sexual abuse trauma,and LGBTQ community. She believes in a person-centered approach and wants every client in the clinic to feel unconditional positive regard and acceptance

Michelle Fuentes

Partner, Supervisor LCSW

Michelle Fuentes, LCSW is a dedicated psychotherapist that began her clinical career attaining her social work degree from Lehman college.  Michelle has successfully completed EMDR training and is specialized to work with trauma survivors. Michelle enjoys working with Spanish Speaking clients and also utilizes Christian Counseling when it is appropriate or upon request.  She is SIFI certified and supervises a team of MSW/LMSW therapists.

Lourdyes Alger

Partner LMHC

Lourdyes Alger, LMHC; MSED has been practicing psychotherapy for over 8 years. Lourdyes provides clinical support and utilizes Person-Centered approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. She has worked with both children and adults who have suffered different emotional/physical and sexual trauma. She has worked with clients that have anxiety and/or depression symptoms. She helps her clients focus on achieving their goals and building up their confidence.

Executive Assistant

Beyli Rodriguez joined the Footprints Team as our Executive Assistant in June 2024.  She works closely with our Chief Executive Officer 

Crystal Dejesus-Martin

Intake Director

Crystal joined the Footprints Team in July 2024 as our Intake Director. Crystal oversees the daily operations of the intake department. She is dedicated to helping her team and ensuring that everyone is able to work in an organized and positive work environment.

HR - Supervisor

Erica Crespo joined our team in December 2024 as our HR Supervisor, bringing a commitment to fostering a supportive and efficient workplace. With a keen eye for organizational development and employee relations, she ensures our team operates smoothly and that staff members receive the guidance and resources they need. Erica is dedicated to creating a positive work environment and is always available to assist with HR-related matters. 

Shante Singh

Intake Coordinator

Shante joined Footprints in December 2023 and she quickly became an essential member of the Intake Dept.

She is a very positive person and she works very well with the remaining staff members. Shante is a compassionate listener and advocate and she is here to ensure a smooth and confidential intake process. She is committed to creating a safe space for each client's unique needs. She is dedicated to guiding clients towards the support and resources that empower each client's well-being.

Anisse Rolon

Office Coordinator

Anisse joined the intake team in July 2024. As an intake coordinator, she is a compassionate and respectful individual committed to providing excellent patient care. She takes pride in ensuring that everyone she speaks to feels heard and valued, regardless of their background. Her dedication to empathy and respect helps foster a positive and supportive environment for all those she serves. 

Erik Henriques

Medical Billing & Credentialing Specialist

Erik joined the Footprints team January of 2023 as our Medical Billing Specialist. He assists with preparing and submitting medical claims to insurance companies. He ensures all patients medical information is accurate and up to date. Erik follows up on missed payments and resolves financial discrepancies

Jazelle Cantillo

Billing Supervisor

Jazelle has been with our team since July 2024, ensuring accurate and efficient billing operations. As Billing Supervisor, she oversees claims processing, addresses inquiries, and maintains compliance, contributing to our financial success.  Her leadership and commitment contribute to the financial health and operational success of our organization. 

Albert Iglesias

Medical Billing & Credentialing Manager

Albert joined the Footprints Team in April of 2021 as the Primary Medical Biller. He is responsible for making sure that all claims and copayments get properly processed. Any billings errors that may happen along the way will be resolved by Albert and he will do his best to ensure that it is all handled smoothly in order to avoid giving clients any difficulties with their services. Albert is ready to assist clients with any concerns they have.
