Danielle Matias

Clinical Administrator

Danielle Matias, LMHC, LPC has been practicing psychotherapy for over 10 years. She provides the FBTC therapists with support in all clinical work. She is dedicated to assisting the community confront and overcome mental health struggles. She specializes in anxiety, depression, addiction, marriage & family, social injustice, sexual abuse trauma and LGTBQ community. She believes in a person-centered approach and wants every client in the clinic to feel unconditional positive regard, & acceptance.

Michelle Fuentes

Partner, Supervisor

Michelle Fuentes, LCSW is a dedicated psychotherapist that began her clinical career attaining her social work degree from Lehman college.  Michelle has successfully completed EMDR training and is specialized to work with trauma survivors. Michelle enjoys working with Spanish Speaking clients and also utilizes Christian Counseling when it is appropriate or upon request.  She is SIFI certified and supervises a team of MSW/LMSW therapists.

Lourdyes Alger

Partner

Lourdyes Alger, LMHC; MSED has been practicing psychotherapy for over 8 years. Lourdyes provides clinical support and utilizes Person-Centered approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. She has worked with both children and adults who have suffered different emotional/physical and sexual trauma. She has worked with clients that have anxiety and/or depression symptoms. She helps her clients focus on achieving their goals and building up their confidence.

Michael Espinal-Brito

Human Resources Director & Office Manager

Michael joined the Footprints Team in April of 2022, as the Human Resources Director and Office Manager. He is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the practice. He provides support to our clinicians, ensures that everything follows smoothly, and that clients receive the best care possible. Michael is conversational in German, and is certified in Mental Health First Aid, further allowing him to serve the needs of our diverse community.

Denisse Puello

HR Hiring Manager

Denisse Puello joined the Footprints Team as a Hiring Manager in May of 2022. She is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and maintaining all employees of Footprints. She works to hire our Interns, Limited Permit Holders, and fully-licensed clinicians. Denisse guides our employees through the onboarding process as smoothly as possible. She ensures that our employees are allies of the LGBTQ+ community, and believe in the Footprints mission statement.

Niquae Clemons

Intake Coordinator

Niquae joined the Footprints Team in May of 2022 as the Intake Coordinator. Niquae is responsible for completing the intake process for all of our new clients, and works to assign them to a provider as soon as possible. Niquae answers the phone calls that come to our Main Office line, and is ready to assist clients with any questions or concerns before starting the treatment process.

Crystal Brito

Admin Support Specialist

Crystal Brito joined the Footprints Team in March 2022 as an Administration Support Team member. She supports the Intake Department on a daily basis ensuring all tasks are completed by the end of day. She matches our clients to the best provider possible that matches their preferences and availability. If anyone in our Main Office staff is out, Crystal will fill those shoes to ensure all clients are taken care of appropriately. 

Albert Iglesias

Medical Billing Specialist

Albert joined the Footprints Team in April of 2021 as the Primary Medical Biller. He is responsible for making sure that all claims and copayments get properly processed. Any billings errors that may happen along the way will be resolved by Albert and he will do his best to ensure that it is all handled smoothly in order to avoid giving clients any difficulties with their services. Albert is ready to assist clients with any concerns they have.

Carl Jordan

Medical Billing Specialist

Carl Jordan joined the Footprints Team in February of 2022 as a Medical Billing Specialist. He is responsible for making sure that all claims and copayments get properly processed. I have been in the field for 8 years. I have a background of high education, non-profit organization, and private practice. My therapeutic orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy. However, I have a 200 YT Certification and I often utilize mindfulness strategies. I also have several years of supervisory experience.

Lauren Sieber

I strive to provide a collaborative environment in which client and clinician are equal partners within the therapeutic process and a safe space in which you feel seen, heard and understood. By providing individual therapy for adults and young adults with mild as well as severe and persistent mental illness, my style of therapy allows me to be flexible and geared towards helping each client live intentionally and purposefully toward their individual goals.

Delores Blackwell, PhD, is a Licensed clinical social worker with specialties in Anger Management, Trauma and Addictions. She is highly invested in working with individuals who want to improve their overall quality of life. She uses several different therapeutic techniques to help folks to lead the lives that they would like to live and does so in consideration of who they are as a whole person without judgment and with care and concern. 

Betsy Paulino

Therapist – New York, Supervisor

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with many years of experience working with individuals experiencing Depression, Anxiety, and symptoms related to trauma, amongst other symptoms. I provide a safe space for individuals to speak openly about their issues and feel that they are in a setting that is free of judgment. I can provide sessions in Spanish; I have experience working with those from different cultural backgrounds as well.

Liset Grant

Therapist – New York, Supervisor

I specialize with CBT.  I work well with depression and anxiety.  One of my greatest passions is working with those who have experienced loss.  Loss comes in all forms including death, break-up, divorce etc. We must grieve these in order to heal and embrace life again.  I also have worked with many emotional, physical, and sexual abuse survivors.  I work hard to foster healing, and empathy in order to compassionately promote emotional well-being and improve overall quality of life. 

Aviva Levitin

My career began as a dietitian(RD). I have experience working with anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorders and body dysmorphia. My knowledge has taught me that the core struggle of disordered eating patterns is related to the relationship one has with themselves. I have worked with anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, relationship issues, self-esteem, parenting and more.  I appreciate being part of the miraculous process of recovery.
