Roosevelt joined the Footprints team January of 2023 as our Human Resources Assistant. He currently serves as Footprints' Director of Human Resources. He oversees the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. He provides clerical and administrative support for all HR-related tasks. Roosevelt processes documentation and prepares reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
Crystal Brito joined the Footprints Team as a member of the Intake Dept. in March 2022. She was promoted to Hiring Manager in the following year. Crystal is currently the Office Manager for Footprints Mental Health Counseling which is a position that entails a great deal of responsibility. In her current role, Crystal oversees all of the daily operations for the Footprints administrative staff and ensures that all of the interior departments work smoothly together.
