She works to hire our Interns, Limited Permit Holders, and fully-licensed clinicians. She guides our employees through the onboarding process as smoothly as possible. Khaliyah Carter joined the Footprints Team in October 2022 as our Marketing Assistant. She assists in promoting the services that Footprints provides to the New York, New Jersey, Florida, Connecticut and Nevada communities. I received my Master’s in Mental Heath Counseling from Tour College in the Fall of 2015. Connecting with clients and supporting them in reaching their goals is my true passion. As a holistic therapist, I’m committed to develop a trusting, positive and healthy rapport in order to facilitate a therapeutic relationship. After overcoming mental health struggles that once left me feeling powerless, I felt inspired to help those who are in need. I am currently enrolled in an MHC Program at Manhattan College. In my experience, I have counseled children and adults who struggle with anxiety, agoraphobia, OCD, depression, and BPD.
