Footprints Mental Health Counseling is a Mental Health Practice that provides the highest standard of care to the most vulnerable and marginalized communities specifically people of color. We work diligently in pairing clients with an assigned therapist who will provide the best care for every client. We match clients with a therapist based on gender, ethnicity, availability, and personality preferences whether you want someone similar or different to yourself. We are very accommodating and provide amazing customer service to our clients.

We are currently in search of an innovative Clinician who can work with our team to improve the quality of life for our clients and assist them to reach their full potential, personal goals, and overall well-being. You will be responsible for having sessions with clients we will be able to wage you an 85/15 split. We offer advertising, medical billing, and verifying insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose patient issues.
• Document the findings.
• Implement and review treatment plans.
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy.

Expectations:

• LCSW, LMFT, and LMHC must be licensed in NY State or NJ State
• Commit to at least 1 year of employment.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with practice standards.
