She provides support to the therapist during their day to day work in order to ensure that everything flows smoothly and clients can be provided the best care possible.
Tainna is Footprints intake specialist. She is responsible for every clients intake journey from start to finish. She is the one who will guide clients through the intake and assure that everything is completed before assigning anyone to a therapist. Her goal is to make sure clients find their ideal therapist and receive quality care from their first phone call to the clinic and all throughout the course of their treatment.
Michelle Fuentes, LCSW is a dedicated psychotherapist that began her clinical career attaining her social work degree from Lehman college. Michelle has successfully completed EMDR training and is specialized to work with trauma survivors. Michelle enjoys working with Spanish Speaking clients and also utilizes Christian Counseling when it is appropriate or upon request. She is SIFI certified and supervises a team of msw/lmsw therapists.
Albert is Footprints primary Medical Biller. He is responsible for making sure that all claims and copayments get properly processed. Any billings errors that may happen along the way will be resolved by Albert and he will do his best to ensure that it is all handled smoothly in order to avoid giving clients any difficulties with their services.
Kevin is Footprints full time Medical Biller/Technical Specialist He is the point of contact for insurance companies and all things billing related. Managing billing so every client can put their full time and attention into their mental health journey. His goal is to ensure that all Insurance payments are properly processed in order to allow clients to properly focus without having a bump in their journey in terms of insurance.
I hold a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter, and have experience conducting individual and family therapy with children and adults suffering from depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and other relationship issues.
